Complaints Procedure

A written copy of our complaints procedure will be provided once contact is made.

Our Jaffar Shah will then deal with the complaint however, if you remain unsatisfied then you can ask the Legal Ombudsman to deal with your complaint their details are as follows;

Usually you will need to bring your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within 6 months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint.

You can also apply to court for an assessment of our bill under the Solicitors Act 1974.
